- Works with stakeholders to align on intakes, priorities, requirements and Customer needs
- Works with stakeholders on Epic breakdown
- Translates the initiatives, Epics, Priorities and requirements to get them ready for User Story breakdown
- Aligns with stakeholders and communicates with Product Owner on timelines and Quarterly delivery schedule
- Works on the “WHAT” is required
- Involves Technical teams for Design and Architecture estimates
- Writing User stories that meet definition of Ready
- Define clear acceptance criteria and accept stories
- Constantly update Delivery team with any change in requirement and Change Management / Deployment
- Create and Prioritize Team backlog
- Required and Active Participant in backlog grooming / refinement sessions and all other Sprint ceremonies
- Must have hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence
- Subscription Management experience is required
- Retail experience is strongly desired
- Must have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable interacting with senior leadership
