·         Lead a team of developers & support testing team members to design, develop, validate and maintain applications

·         Collaborate with relevant stakeholders & SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into solution that meet the acceptance criteria

·         Showcase strong analytical skills for reverse engineering existing systems in order to map current state processes

·         Be a thought leader to bring in a perspective while participating in technical design meetings to offer design & implementation suggestions

·         Experience with Open System development skills such as Java, JEE (HTML, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, Struts), Microservices (Spring Boot, Spring JPA, REST, JSON), SpringBatch, JUnit, React, SQL are required.

·         Strong experience with API development (with knowledge of latest features)

·         Working knowledge & hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture

·         Working experience with Project Management tools & techniques

·         Working knowledge with message streaming infrastructure – Kafka (Nice to have)

Key Skillsets:

·         At least ten years of technical experience with solid analytical skills in the roles of techno-functional lead

·         Technical expertise with Java FSD technologies (Java, SpringBoot, Microservices Architecture, SQL, ReactJS, Kafka, Azure)

·         Working knowledge of some of the legacy technologies like JSP, Servlets, Ajax, JavaScript etc.

·         Solid familiarity with a variety of log tracing tools like Splunk, Dynatrace etc.

·         In-depth understanding of relational database systems (Oracle, DB2)

·         Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
