* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

* A Scrum Master or Kanban professional certification

* 6+ years of experience on software development teams

* 3+ years of experience working concurrently with multiple Agile teams as a Scrum Master or other Agile practitioner role  

* An advanced level of knowledge on the application of Agile principles and processes

* Excellent mentoring and coaching skills for individuals, teams, and Tribes

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience training individuals and groups

* Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

* An A-CSM, CSP-SM or Advanced Scrum certification

* CSPO, A-CSPO or other Agile Product Owner certification. or equivalent experience in a Product Ownership role

* An advanced Scrum, Scrum Professional, Team/Enterprise Coaching certification

* Experience working in the Financial Services industry

* Experience as a personnel manager
