Minimum of 13+ years total experience as an engineer doing development with Java/JEE, Javascript, and other UI technologies.
Full Stack developer. Very strong in Java 1.8 & Java 11, SpringBoot, REST/SOAP Web services, and Microservices
Strong experience in application design, design patterns, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience in UI technologies Javascript, Angular 12 or above
Experience in messaging using Kafka is a MUST
Strong DB skills with experience working on RDBMS as well as NOSQL databases .
Experience in a Cloud (AWS preferred) environment is highly desirable
Experience in using GIT, Maven, and Unix/Linux for deployment and debugging issues
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles.
Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget.
Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services environment.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
