·Good understanding of Authentication and Authorization framework.

·Competency in supporting installation, configuration, SSO integration with PingFederate / PingAccess (must have) and PingDirectory [nice to have  ]

·Hands on experience navigating Linux, Unix systems.

·Automation experience using Ansible/Python/Shell Scripts

·Experience with Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management

·Understanding of load balancing, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery

·Basic understanding of certificates, SSL handshakes, encryption.
