Minimum of four (4) years of experience in front end web development tools, techniques and methods for user-facing interfaces.
Minimum of five (5) years working as a programmer/analyst in a .NET environment.
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with the following:

· Front end web development and frontend configuration capabilities for SaaS technologies using modern techniques and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, CSS frameworks like Bootstrap).
· Performing JavaScript development using modern standards, including strict mode compliance, modularization techniques and tools, and frameworks and libraries (e.g., jQuery);
· Developing and consuming web-based RESTful APIs;
· Using version control systems (e.g., Git);
· Creating web layouts from static images.

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience developing web application UX/UI to meet compliance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at a minimum.
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or engineering field.

Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience.
 

Example: If the Experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience for a Bachelor’s Degree, a total of nine (9) years of experience is required.
