1. Designed and lead build of complex process management using Salesforce.
2. High proficiency in process design and data modelling
3. Good understanding of architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps.
4. Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders.
5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce build tools - Flows, App builder, Experience sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and visualforce
6. Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud Org.

Preferred:
1. Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR Org configuration.
2. Experience building journeys with Salesforce Marketing cloud on ExactTarget.
3. Experience with Complex data conversion modelling.
