Project Management, Agile: SCRUM & Kanban and Waterfall
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives: Help with calendar activities, create Agile and Waterfall phases/calendar activities
Finance acumen and project experience with Finance Technology
Hyperion Oracle, SAP, Anaplan etc
Deep knowledge of PPM (Planisware and Planview) and project management methodology, to lead the transformation of our PPM process? Produce Project documentation
Project Plans, Functional and technical requirements and business requirements and testing document as needed for non-Agile initiatives? Collaborate with R&D PMO, R&D Finance and Corp Finance teams and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to financial planning, analysis, reporting, and project portfolio management.? Organize and lead Workshops and Business Requirement gathering sessions
Engage with business stakeholders and understands business priorities
Ability to facilitate daily cross-functional Agile meetings as well as lead and participate in sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings
Support testing schedule
Regression, System and UAT
Bring Agile experience to the project: Groom, prioritize product backlog, working in collaboration with line of business partners and scrum team, ensuring features, stories and tasks are well understood by all sides.
Adhere to BSC requirements for processes and documentation
Experience with JIRA, Service Now and Project Management Tools
Utilize deep working-knowledge of Agile Methodologies to lead an Agile transformation at scale
Independent results driven, and the ability to work in a team
