- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+Years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Spark and mid-level SQL skills
- Primary responsibility includes building notebooks in Databricks for SQL/PySpark transformations, so experience with Databricks is crucial
- Strong understanding of Spark architecture, with the ability to fine-tune and write optimized PySpark, Spark SQL code
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (good PowerPoint skills, pivot table proficiency in Excel) and familiarity with GIT version control is also desired
- Experience working with Insurance data is preferred
