- Candidate must be detail oriented.
- Strong well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successfully analyzing and documenting complex business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and use cases.
- Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.
- Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
- Ability to plan, schedule and conduct meetings, as well as draft agendas and meeting minutes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and development teams.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software.
- Ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff.
- Experience in presenting analysis findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong background in at least one area: Fiscal, IT, HR.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in analysis implementation (10 years preferred).
