Participate in weekly Production deployment validation and deployment in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environment. Install and upgrade packages as required in Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 environment. Experience in Salesforce + CongoCPQ. Help with user maintenance activities. Analyze business requirements by collaborating with different teams, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Work with Release management team for cutovers representing Platform team. Help with any maintenance activities where Platform team is involved. Help with troubleshooting of any deployment issues under platform team’s purview. Help with any automation requirement for deployment. Participate in any data migration activities for the D365 environments.
