Responsible for documenting business requirements in the form of Epics and getting signoff from business stakeholders.
Capable of creating supporting diagrams (Use cases, Flow charts, Wireframes) to explain the problem and solution.
Responsible to create user stories for the requirements along with Acceptance Criteria.
Extensive experience in Agile process and scrum framework.
Responsible for bridging the requirements gap between development and customer team.
Responsible for Knowledge Management within the team.
Responsible for test cases review.
Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and MS Visio.
