·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT projects.

·         Proven experience in leading business analysis efforts for cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and validation.

·          Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in cloud technologies, with experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management skills, with experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

·          Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage their expectations.

·          Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.

·          Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful project delivery.

Preferred Skills:

·         Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CBAP, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

·         Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes. Experience with data migration and integration projects.
