Analyze and assess the state NCFS system and the DES FARSsystem, including their subsystems. Document system functions, inputs, outputs, and reporting requirements. Collaborate with business subject matter experts(SMEs) and developers to gather and document Phase I business requirements, with an emphasis on cost allocation and associated financial modules. Conduct fit-gap analysis between FARS and NCFS system features, to map and identify gaps. Create detailed functional specifications and requirements documents. Develop solution design documents to support development and implementation efforts. Assist in the creation of test suites and test cases for testing and validation of solution modules. Prepare and present status reports, risks, and concerns to stakeholders. Provide deliverables to support the "build vs. buy" decision and contribute to Phase II of the project implementation.

Extensive experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with a proven track record of delivering results.

Experience working with financial accounting systems and modules.

Demonstrated ability to deliver functional requirements, fit-gap analysis, and requirements documents for enterprise-level systems

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of info with attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey and document details.
