JOB DETAIL

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules at least for 3 years.
  • Experience with HR systems and processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and UI customization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
  • Experience with integration technologies and middleware platforms (e.g., SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
