The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale IT projects.
This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, project management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities: Lead the business analysis efforts for cloud migration projects, ensuring all business requirements are accurately captured and documented.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis to identify and address any discrepancies between current and desired states during the migration process.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these plans.
Identify risks and issues related to the cloud migration project, and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets the business requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and transition to the cloud environment. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in cloud technologies and business analysis.
