Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. 
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT projects.
Proven experience in leading business analysis efforts for cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and validation. 
Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in cloud technologies, with experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
Strong project management skills, with experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage their expectations. 
Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops. 
Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful project delivery.
