JOB DETAIL

  • Proactively seek out system enhancement needs and document requirements
  • Manage and perform system changes without interruption to the user
  • Communicate changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to
    implementation
  • Add/remove user accounts, manage security, and maintain roles, profiles, and hierarchies
  • Manage new releases and updates to Salesforce and effectively roll out new features
  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards campaigns and other objects
  • Maintain and create workflows, functions and configurations within Salesforce
  • Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
  •  Perform report and dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC
  • Manage data quality and solve issues including duplicate records.
