Balance the value of deliverables with their associated cost, dependencies, and risk.
Create, maintain, and own the product backlog, objectively balancing directions from multiple stakeholders.
Write and maintain epics and features focused on delivering value and tracking business metrics like conversion, efficiency, retention, and loss rate.
Define user stories that are ready for the development team with the right "definition of done."
Collaborate and build trust with other Product Owners to maximize overall value delivery over individual products.
