2. Salesforce Service Cloud is a must, and 100% technical to showcase delivery excellence.
3. Strong Management skills and a Thought leader in Salesforce Service Cloud. (Service Cloud is the most important)
4. Build relationship with different cross departments, cross collaboration, Product Owners/Managers
· Experience managing multiple teams (onsite/onshore) and own the delivery.
· Technical skills are listed below:
o Hands on experience in Apex and Lightning web components.
o Utilize standard Salesforce out of the box and Lighting Web Components functionalities:
o Utilize App Exchange
o Increase out of the box functionality, minimum customization, enhanced security
o Leveraging Back Office Data via Salesforce Interface
§ Consume External APIs
§ Expose Salesforce APIs
o Salesforce out of the box reports and dashboards
o CRMA knowledge
o Deployment process
§ Review Code
§ Approve PRs
§ Deploy code to higher orgs
