• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Ruby on Rails development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Ruby programming language and the Rails framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (e.g., Active Record).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
