JOB DETAIL

Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Able to work in a team as well as independently- Ability to configure (image) laptops and desktops (SCCM imaging using thumb drives)- Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company owned mobile devices- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and VPN connection issues- Time management and organizational skills- Attention to detail- Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service

Proficiency in programs such as Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science, technical support, and information technology- A+ certification for computer technology (a plus)- Minimum of two years’ experience supporting end user desktop, laptop, operating systems or has served in a similar role in another IT-related position
