Engage with end users, and vendor as necessary to lead timely resolution of issues in the project, or other integrated applications.
Work with technical and testing team to perform warm hand off, test data creation, test scenario identification, end user training.
Provide support for SAP MM/FI module to business users with strong SAP configuration experience and plant setup in SAP and associated cross functional configurations across all impacted modules .
Provide support for operations scheduling business users.
Strong knowledge with SAP EDI interface such as 850/856/810
Generate necessary MSCM documents in Agile MAP, Polarian and own the release activities.
