• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including ServicePortal, UI/UX, and workflow design.
• Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform hands-on development, including scripting, configuration, and integration with external systems.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes.
• Adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.
• Provide project management and leadership for multiple, complex initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including ServiceNow process workflows.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and other JavaScript frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of the Glide technology stack.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
