- Experience in the Transportation and Logistics domain.
- Understanding, Analysis, Brainstorming and sharing solutions both functional and domain-specific.
- Capable of discussing with multiple stakeholders and drive the requirements to closure.
- Responsible for documenting business requirements in the form of Epics and getting signoff from business stakeholders.
- Capable of creating supporting diagrams (Use cases, Flow charts, Wireframes) to explain the problem and solution.
- Responsible to create user stories for the requirements along with Acceptance Criteria.
- Extensive experience in Agile process and scrum framework.
- Responsible for bridging the requirements gap between development and customer team.
- Responsible for Knowledge Management within the team.
- Responsible for test cases review.
- Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and MS Visio.
