1. Lead SharePoint development projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation

3. SharePoint Development:

- Design, develop, and deploy complex custom SharePoint solutions, including:

- Web parts

- Workflows

- Custom applications

- Power automate flows

4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions

5. Develop and maintain SharePoint architecture diagrams and documentation

6. Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant SharePoint solutions

7. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs

9. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
