Healthcare experience is always a plus especially at a large health plan although strong healthcare provider experience could also be a fit for this role.

Experience working in an Agile environment as a Product owner

Multiple years of Jira experience writing user stories, documenting requirements, etc.

Experience working in the SDLC with user-facing software (rather than on APIs/reporting/back end)

Ability to work with end-users, especially business stakeholders, to elicit requirements, drive clarity, and extract and confirm expectations of end-user functionality and features

An ownership mentality and ability to work with complex matrixed stakeholders (business, product, and engineering)

Proactive and action-oriented delivery methodology, able to manage issues and risks before those become escalations

Strong communications skills and a structured approach to the SDLC
