- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with at least 2-3 years exp working in Vlocity / Omnistudio platform.
- 6 mos – 1 year Exp working on Omni studio Public Sector Foundation Platform(i.e., -OmniScript, Data Raptor, FlexCards) highly desired.
- 5+ years’ experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.
- Experience building apps in Salesforce lightning and working with lightning web components.
- Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
- Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs.
- Able to guide teams to resolve errors associated with Salesforce Omnistudio Public Sector Foundation product.
