Experience: 7 Years of hands-on experience in business analysis, including 7yrs of experience in:

Requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication.

Assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications.

Identifying and documenting existing business processes and creating various models.

Managing stakeholder communications and developing promotional materials.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Certification: Business Analyst (CBAP) certification or equivalent credential/education.

Public Sector Experience: Minimum of 1 year working on projects for the public sector or government.

Grants Module Experience: At least 3 Years of experience with Grants Gateway or SFS Grants Module.
