• Develop and maintain software using NodeJS, React JS, JavaScript, and Azure.
• Participate in Agile teams, contribute to peer code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve software issues.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Document technical processes and create user guides or training materials.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices.
• Report progress and outcomes to the team and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, React JS, JavaScript, and experience with Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering.
• Experience leading or mentoring other developers.
• Familiarity with business processes related to software development.
• Experience working with third-party application developers.
