We are seeking a Coupa System Administrator to support the IT ERP Lead in driving the support and improvements within our Source-to-Pay (SP) business.

The Coupa System Administrator will act as the business relationship manager between the IT department and the Contract and Procurement organizations.
The primary objective for the Coupa System Administrator is to prioritize and drive both support and continuous improvement opportunities within Coupa.

This includes understanding the business processes, requirements, configuration, and utilization of the software.

The Coupa System Administrator will also work with the SAP team when required to troubleshoot and implement solutions.

The successful candidate must seek to understand an integrated Coupa and SAP design in the Refinery business and feel comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Creativity and customer centric attitudes are fundamental in this role.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with ERP Lead to develop roadmap for Coupa capabilities and features.
Work closely with Commercial Excellence Manager and Contract and Procurement
Manager to understand business needs.
Actively participates in Business and IT team discussions, exchanging best practices to and from site.
Collaborate with the offshore SAP Support teams.
Work closely with the IT Technical for enforcing infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity requirements.
