RPA Tools Expertise:• Proficient in Power Automate Desktop and Automation Anywhere.• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using these tools.Technical Skills:• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, .NET, or Java.• Familiarity with scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, or PowerShell.• Understanding of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).Process Analysis and Design:• Ability to analyze business processes.• Experience in creating process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).• Knowledge of process optimization and improvement techniques.Development and Testing:• Ability to build and configure bots to automate processes.• Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions.• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.Certifications (Preferred):• Certifications in Power Automate and/or Automation Anywhere.• Relevant RPA developer certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
