• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega technology, including hands-on development and architecture.
• Certifications: Pega Certified Senior System Architect and Certified Pega Business Architect preferred.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Pega Platform and Pega Infinity.
o Strong understanding of Pega application design, case management, and decisioning.
o Knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and containerization.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership Abilities:
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
o Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
o Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks.
