1. **Product Strategy & Roadmap:**

   - Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions in the banking and financial services sector.

   - Identify market opportunities and customer needs, translating them into product requirements and features.

   - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI technologies to inform product strategy.

2. **Product Development:**

   - Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

   - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.

   - Ensure AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into products, delivering measurable business impact.

3. **Stakeholder Management:**

   - Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including banking clients, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.

   - Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.

   - Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product.

4. **Go-to-Market Strategy:**

   - Develop and execute go-to-market plans for AI products, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.

   - Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

   - Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to optimize market fit and revenue growth.

5. **Compliance & Risk Management:**

   - Ensure AI products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the banking and financial services sector.

   - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential risks and ensure ethical AI practices.

6. **Team Leadership & Development:**

   - Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive product excellence.

   - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team.
