• Healthcare Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of healthcare processes, specifically in the wound care area, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, IT teams, and business units, to gather and document business requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process changes.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes. Must have power BI skills
• Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that align with business needs, ensuring they are feasible, cost-effective, and enhance the overall efficiency of wound care processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test plans, to support project development and implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiencies.
