Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
Digital Asset Management (DAM):
- Lead and support DAM projects, ensuring effective asset organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to design, implement, and optimize DAM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for DAM.
Studio Collaboration:
- Work closely with studio clients (Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount) to understand their specific DAM needs and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with studio stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
- Customize and tailor DAM solutions to meet the unique requirements of each studio.
Software Implementation & Integration:
- Oversee the implementation of DAM software solutions
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams for successful system integrations.
- Ensure seamless integration of DAM systems with existing studio infrastructure and workflows.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize DAM processes.
Training & Support:
- Provide training to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
- Develop training materials and documentation.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to DAM systems.
