- Should have minimum 10+ years of overall experience
- Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer with a strong focus on COBOL and JCL.
- Solid understanding of mainframe environments, including CICS, DB2, VSAM, and other related technologies.
- Experience with other mainframe tools and utilities (e.g., IBM Z/OS, Endevor, FileAid).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
