• Develop, implement, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to create seamless web experiences.
• Customize and extend AEM capabilities through custom development using Java, Sling, JCR, and other AEM-related technologies.
• Integrate AEM with other marketing tools and platforms, ensuring a unified digital experience.
• Work with content authors and designers to translate business requirements into functional AEM solutions.
• Optimize performance of AEM sites by fine-tuning configurations and implementing best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM updates, features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AEM Developer, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, CRX/CRXDE, and the AEM development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with AEM templates, components, widgets, and APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• AEM certification is a plus.
