- Develop, implement, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, and workflows.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to create seamless web experiences.
- Customize and extend AEM capabilities through custom development using Java, Sling, JCR, and other AEM-related technologies.
- Integrate AEM with other marketing tools and platforms, ensuring a unified digital experience.
- Work with content authors and designers to translate business requirements into functional AEM solutions.
- Optimize performance of AEM sites by fine-tuning configurations and implementing best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM updates, features, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AEM Developer, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, CRX/CRXDE, and the AEM development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with AEM templates, components, widgets, and APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- AEM certification is a plus.
