JOB DETAIL

  • Helpdesk Support: Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues for internal teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Active Directory & Azure Active Directory: Manage user accounts, groups, and policies across on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
  • Office365 Administration: Oversee the administration of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring seamless operation and user support.
  • Server Administration: Maintain and administer Windows and Linux servers, including system updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Network Services: Manage and troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, and NPS services.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Implement and manage Azure MFA and DUO for enhanced security across the organization.
  • Workstation & Mobile Device Management: Deploy and manage software on workstations and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Printer Administration: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networked printers.
  • Hardware Management: Handle racked IT equipment, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Network Administration: Administer and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Security Event Management: Monitor and respond to security events, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
  • Service Desk Administration: Manage the service desk, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Azure Administration: Administer Azure cloud services, managing virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Virtualization: Manage and maintain virtual environments using Hyper-V and VMware.
  • VoIP/Call Center Administration: Administer and support VoIP systems or call center technologies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware, software, and services, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
