Role Responsibilities
Maintain & Enhance documentation on SAS server disaster recovery
Maintain Issue logs for future reference · Documentation on SAS installation & upgrades
Capacity Planning document Co-ordinate with Horizon for deployment activities of each release cycle
Adherence and usage of Horizon's Incident management procedures and tools
Lead the creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by collecting inputs from support team on an identified problem and sharing in the Horizon standard RCA format.
Allocating work to team and working on key work requests
Reporting weekly status and managing contingencies
