JOB DETAIL

  • Co-ordinate between Horizon & Vendor · Resolve support/operations issues/concerns
  • Ensure quality of deliverables
  • Update and keep current the “Horizon SAS Run Book” with processes
  • Participate in Horizon DR Exercises · Co-ordinate with Infrastructure team to resolve operational issues
  • Maintain & Enhance SAS Server Standards & Best Practices Document Confidential for Horizon Page 7 of 7

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain & Enhance documentation on SAS server disaster recovery
  • Maintain Issue logs for future reference · Documentation on SAS installation & upgrades
  • Capacity Planning document Co-ordinate with Horizon for deployment activities of each release cycle
  • Adherence and usage of Horizon's Incident management procedures and tools
  • Lead the creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by collecting inputs from support team on an identified problem and sharing in the Horizon standard RCA format.
  • Allocating work to team and working on key work requests
  • Reporting weekly status and managing contingencies
  • Providing inputs for management status reviews
