Drive delivery of key initiatives through disciplined and effective business analysis, data analysis, testing, and change management; projects that may include CRM, strategic data repository, data controls model, and business intelligence tools
Requirements analysis responsibilities include requirements gathering and documentation, process analysis and documentation (process flow diagrams), development of user stories and business requirements documents (BRDs), mock-ups of screens
Perform analysis of business requirements and data elements in support of regular and ad hoc management reporting
Work with the front office to define and document business requirements
Data analysis responsibilities include business / financial analysis, reconciliations, and monitoring as well as the establishment of data processes and controls that promote data integrity
Support various change management tasks including the development of user documents, drafting of change communication memos, and user training
Provide day-to-day support of business technologies to business users, by investigating and addressing questions that are routed to the support mailbox
Perform ad hoc analysis based on management's request, including
Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvement and technology efficiencies
Quality assurance responsibilities may include test planning, refinement of user stories to include clear exit criteria, test case documentation & execution, coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT), analysis of test results, and summary of test results for team and management consumption
