Master’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Experience analyzing info and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for professional users                                     
Experience working with government agency performance data
MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau (or similar platforms)    
Strong communication skills - must be able to communicate (written/oral) complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders-incl. public Years
Experience planning, organizing, and conducting research in various areas    
6-10 yrs. as SME in complex enterprise level projects
