Strong leadership competencies including the ability to think and act strategically, drive for results, build a high-performance culture and inspire/teach others to perform at higherlevelsTechnology requirements? Min 8+yrs hands on KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python? Good experience on Conversational AI Platform? Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products? Good experience in understanding the business Experience managing, troubleshooting and supporting Secure, Highly Available cloud platforms? Cloud Engineering? Google, AWS, Azure?
