JOB DETAIL

  • Supports and facilitates generally +1 Scrum Teams in various functions by fostering Agile values

and practices.

  • Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business

value and ready for the team.

  • Facilitate team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development

team.

  • Drives release readiness

activities and associated tasks. Supports release activities during the
night of deployment.

  • Coach the team(s) to

become more independent over time with focus on continuous improvement.

  • Inspect data to assess

team performance to identify growth opportunities.

  • Utilize Rally to

showcase the data and resulting narrative.

  • Drive Risk

identification and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Ensure risks and issues

are proactively communicated/escalated to appropriate levels.

  • Monitor the flow of work

(User Stories) and coordinate within the team to determine optimal work
intake and flow in the delivery.
