Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.

Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows. Provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiencies.

Identify inefficiencies to ultimately implement areas of automation.

Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow.

Support the design of custom catalog items, working with business area partners and the Service Management team for implementation
