• Develop, enhance, and maintain Pension and Retirement applications using Delphi, Cobol, MS SQL, and Btrieve files.
• Convert Delphi 7 code to 64-Bit Delphi XE8.
• Design and analyze client system applications, ensuring technically and architecturally sound solutions.
• Monitor and run performance tests on new and existing software to identify errors and areas for improvement.
• Adhere to development timelines, guidelines, and documentation standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong experience in Software Development with Delphi.
• Expertise in Delphi development and Technical Analysis Documentation.
• Proven ability to resolve performance, memory leak, and scalability issues.
• Experience with RDBMS systems such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Proficiency in COM, ODBC, OOPS concepts, and XML.
• Knowledge of PLSQL and relational databases.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Delphi, Interbase, and SQL Server.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Delphi 7 and Delphi XE8.
• Ability to handle product versions and development standards effectively.
• Background in developing Client-Server applications and libraries.
