- Conduct Business and System analysis and prepare documentation
- Provide leadership and direction to business analysts across MyCity delivery teams to ensure that their work and requirements is in alignment with the overall MyCity system requirements.
- Perform research, analysis, and elicitation and validation of business, functional and non functional requirements.
- Design and execute user acceptance test cases, test suites and test plans,
- Contribute to new technology projects as assigned.
- Prepare high-level design documentation, business requirements documentation and supplemental functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
- Document, communicate, and facilitate correction of requirements changes discovered during the implementation and seek sign offs. Work with the teams to ensure appropriate follow through to resolution.
Mandatory Skills (Must have)

- At least 12 years of experience in business requirements elicitation and creating workflows for major systems.
- Experience developing and employing functional and non-function requirements artifacts (Use Cases, Epics, Features, User Stories, Requirements Definition, Process Definitions, User Interface Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, Field Level Mappings for Data Integration to and from COTS and custom applications)
- Experience providing leadership and direction to business analysts working on multiple teams to deliver large complex systems.
- Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology
- Strong understanding of the SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer role and ability to perform it
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.
