3 plus years of relevant work experience, including Digital technology, or project management fields

Scrum Master Certification (CSM)

Experience in the insurance industry preferred P&C, API, Digital experience.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum Kanban, etc.

Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Rally.

Deep knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Test Driven development, Automated Testing, Burndown metrics, velocity.

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams preferred.

Strong collaboration and influence skills.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Self-motivated individuals with demonstrated ability to handle multiple high priority demands, manage expectations and achieve objectives.

Able to handle large scope and high complexity within the agile teams.
