·         Participates in period planning and creating iteration plans as well as objectives.

·         Develops and commits to team period objectives and goals.

·         Conducts research, design, prototyping, and other exploration activities to support dev/prep phase.

·         Collaborates with the Kroger Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.

·         Participates in design. Reviews design strategy with Consultant Technical Lead.

·         Leverages paired programming to write code and automated acceptance test cases.

·         Works with the Kroger Product Manager to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality, writing the code.

·         Adheres to Kroger standards regarding code quality and uses design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and services.

·         Participates in code reviews.

·         Follows defined branching strategies. Checks new code into the shared source code repository meeting branching guideline requirements.

·         Collaborates with Consultants’ Quality Assurance on test case creation.

·         Performs continuous improvement of the team’s process and themselves embracing coaching and mentoring from their Consultant Technical Lead
