Act as a Business Analyst for the Capital Markets line of business within Treasury. This includes Liquidity Management, Issuances, Buybacks, Derivatives, Valuations, Accounting, Debt Allocation, and associated applications.
Build stakeholder consensus, ensuring all parties are in agreement and aligned on the proposed solutions.
Develop business cases, requirements, use cases, test plans, test strategies, test cases, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with fiduciary reviewers such as Enterprise Architects and OIS by providing necessary artifacts and supporting security testing.
Participate in procuring COTS solutions, preparing RFPs, cost estimates, benefits realization summaries, procurement inputs, and IT governance documentation.
Effectively prioritize requirements and maintain scope within tight timelines.
Document business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Developers, etc., to determine whether existing or new solutions can meet business requirements and timelines.
Use rapid prototyping to present as-is/to-be processes/workflows and rough designs.
Provide support for the successful design, testing, and implementation of applications, including training material development and conducting training.
Maintain a comprehensive chronological trail of requirements and agreements, contributing to the project change control process.
Participate in evaluating new products or initiatives to determine technology support requirements.
Evaluate IT applications and environments, analyzing gaps between current and desired states.
Provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
Coordinate with vendors and oversee their deliverables (including reviewing proposed solutions and delivered code).
Train business users on applications.
Uphold established processes and quality standards in Business Analysis.
In a post-production environment, troubleshoot systems and provide solutions for both business and technical teams.
